When people say that the quality of seal faces is critical to the performance of mechanical seals, MGGS believes grain sizes does matters, therefore, we have been focusing on the grain size of our seal rings from raw material supplier auditing, purchasing raw material, material formulation, die stamping, to sintering in furnace, we implement strict Quality Control Management system into each process to ensure the grain size of our alpha sintered silicon carbide strictly controlled within 2~10 micron.  

 MGGS also custom-manufactures very tight and complex tolerance components, as well as providing quality custom design and support to meet individual client needs.

 MGGS products are cataloged by different series and meet high international specifications. We also provide series of standard mechanical seals, pump seals, agitators. Selected products are designed to meet extreme high temperature and pressure requirements.
